消费者价格指数Consumer Price Index（CPI）变动及CPI变动对于Certificate of Financial Responsibility（COFR）责任限额的影响

我们收到SIGCo发布的“消费者价格指数Consumer Price Index（CPI）变动及CPI变动对于Certificate of Financial Responsibility（COFR）责任限额的影响”通函，现转发原件供贵司查阅。
SIGCo从National Pollution Funds Centre（NPFC）以及美国海岸警卫队处获知，当局将上调OPA90项下的责任限额，新的责任限额将于2019年11月12日实行。
我们将附件通函内容重点翻译如下，一切请以英文为准，翻译仅供参考：
1、新的责任限额将于2019年11月12日正式实行；
2、SIGCo将采取有效措施确保现有COFR担保以及新申请COFR担保的会员均满足新的责任限额要求。
责任限额的上调，不影响现有COFR担保的会员，会员无需进行任何操作。
对于2019年11月12日之后到期的现有COFR担保会员，SIGCo也不收取额外费用。
