We reported in our Club Update of 23 April 2018 that on 6 April 2018 there were updates to the U.S. Specially Designated Nationals (“SDN” list) and that on 23 April 2018 OFAC issued General Licence 14 in relation to United Company RUSAL PLC (“RUSAL”).
北英保赔协会在2018年4月23日的协会通函中进行更新报告：美国特别指定国民名单(SDN list)于2018年4月6日更新，美国财政部海外资产控制办公室(OFAC)于2018年4月23日签发关于United Company RUSAL PLC (“RUSAL”)的第14号一般许可证。
On 21 September 2018 General Licence 14 was replaced and superseded by General Licence 14A. General Licence 14A extends the expiration date for continuing maintenance or wind down activities with RUSAL (or any other entity in which RUSAL owns, directly or indirectly, a 50 percent or greater interest) from 23 October 2018 to 12 November 2018.
自2018年9月21日起，第14号一般许可证被第14A号一般许可证所取代。第14A号一般许可证将进行持续性维护以及逐渐停止涉及RUSAL（或任何其他直接或间接拥有至少50%股权的实体）的活动的截止日期从2018年10月23日延长至2018年11月12日。
