如协会之前通函所述，根据于2017年生效的新规，官方登记认可的私营检验公司被获准根据阿根廷农业卫生质检局（SENASA ）制定的标准对舱室进行装货前检查

根据Pandi Liquidadore S.R.L.消息，根据SENASA 861/2020号决议，为监督私营检验公司的货舱/舱室检查，SENASA将对10%至20%的靠泊未装货船舶进行检查。SENASA将依据风险因素来选择船舶接受检验，其中包括船舶建造年份、最近三载货物、预计装运的货物及检验人记录。

As reported below, new procedures came into force in 2017 that allowed private certified survey companies to carry out pre-loading inspections of the holds and tanks in accordance with the criteria established by SENASA.
Local correspondents Pandi Liquidadores S.R.L report that SENASA has now decided to supervise a proportion of the inspections of holds and tanks. This took effect on 18 November 2020 and will be trialled for twelve months.
Pandi Liquidadores S.R.L inform that according to SENASA Resolution 861/2020, between 10% to 20% of the vessels will be inspected by SENASA at berth before loading to supervise the inspection of holds/tanks carried out by the private surveyors. The vessels will be selected according to risk criteria that will take into account the year built, last three cargoes, intended cargo and the records of the attending surveyors.
