新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)-韩国检疫措施升级

日本保赔协会发布本通函对韩国疾病控制与预防机构的最新检疫措施进行更新。
法规强制要求：2020年8月3日后停靠过如下国家的船舶必须提交新冠肺炎聚合酶链反应（PCR）阴性证明：
俄罗斯、巴基斯坦、孟加拉国、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、菲律宾、乌兹别克斯坦
这一要求适用于曾在上述国家登轮或上岸的船员。PCR证明必须是船舶在特定港口开航前48小时内由指定医院签发。
自2020年9月8日起，如果未能提交适当证明，则相关方将被处以1年以下的拘役或最高1000万韩元/人的罚款。

Coronavirus (COVID-19) －Enhanced
Quarantine Measures in Korea
We would like to announce the latest information on
enhanced quarantine measures by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention
Agency.
It is mandatory for vessels who have called one of the
following countries to submit COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) negative
certificate after 3 August 2020.
Russia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Philippines,
Uzbekistan
This requirement applies for crews who embarked or
went ashore in the said countries. The certificate must be issued by the
designated hospital within 48 hours before departure from a port.
As of 8 September 2020, if proper certificates are not
submitted, penal servitude not more than 1 year or a fine not exceeding
KRW10,000,000 per person shall be imposed.
