阿根廷加油操作需要提前与OSRO（油污应急机构）签订合同

The Coast Guard at La Plata requires that any vessel receiving bunkers at Zona Comun, off La Plata, Buenos Aires, to set up a contract with an oil spill response organization (OSRO). This requirement applies to all type of vessels.
This arrangement is on a preventive basis to guarantee an oil spill response within 60 minutes of the occurrence.
